Scousers must be gutted, but thats the price you pay today Europe is everyting in football, like SL in rugby league,but you ask the fans if they would prefer to win the FA or League cup or come 4th and most would want a cup everytime.A bit like SL I wonder who is enjoying watching their team at present Leigh or Widnes fans,infact include last few seasons,getting to the NR cup final would be great this year and winning it even better.
I'd love to be in SL but sometimes you have to accept where you are and make the most of it.
It's not too long ago Man U fans were jealous of Liverpool, they spent probably as much as United in the summer, but unlike utd/city, they didn't spend it too well.
