I believe it has to be persistent failure to pay you,a one-off missed payment wouldn't really set the ball rolling,breach of contract wise.Two payments missed would be a clear breach of contract.Not sure of the full story concerning the Bulls as in the administrator may have taken on the employment rights of all employees, which might carry different scenarios. |

The administrator runs the existing company while trying to find a buyer no contracts are moved elsewhere. If he can't find a buyer and he subsequently finds there is no cash to pay the staff then there is little choice other than liquidate the company. It seems no buyer wants to pay the creditors to the point that it is a better option for them than liquidation.

Very magnanimous, Bulliac. Still nothing officially announced but, if he has been "forced to leave" by present disastrous plight of BD6, Bongser would much rather have him here in Leythe than Cas have him.
Still hoping for a goodish (best that can be hoped for now) outcome for you & your boys. Hope that it doesn't go past a Kilopage! |
