| Quote: WHERESYERBALL "Can you imagine if LSV allowed say Dawsons to sell Pies at the games at a pound each the fans would be happy Dawsons would be happy would LSV be unhappy they can't sell much now so why don't they give it up as a bad job?'"
Dawson's pies are available at Crilly Park for all Leigh Genesis and Atherton LR fixtures...you know it makes sense
Tend to get butties (top value) rather than pasties from Parker's, Dawson's M&P pasties are spot on though and a special mention to Greenhalgh's scotch pies

| Like most Leythers I usually have a tossed green salad for lunch without dressing but every now and again when I am feeling homesick I get the train to Atherton and the 582 bus to the Capital.
I then walk to Claphams opposite the police station and get two meat and tayter pasties and an apple slice.
When I leave the shop I wrap the pasties in tinfoil and bring them back to my exclusive apartment here in the posh part of Salford. Then I decant an expensive bottle of Claret and set the dining table.
For a couple of hours it can be quite orgasmic.
Now that's the difference between a Leyther and a Pie.

| Greenhalghs best for pasties (i recommend cheese and onion)
Greggs for sausage rolls
Waterfields for pies (beef)
If the LSV sold Dawsons the average gate would definitely go above the 2500 required for super league.

| Quote: WHERESYERBALL "Dawsons Meat and Potato are the best pies in the world simple as that.
As for Pasties the King is the Flaky one from Greenhalghs.
Waterfields the former champions sold their soul out when they made their pasties Square!!?!??!? Theres never out in the corners!!!'"
Pies and pasties are about spot on there!! A greenhalghs meat and potato pie is pretty good too! Or potato and meat as they tend to correct you on!!!

| A hot Dawsons pie straight out of the Subbys nuclear powered microwave should be cut into 4 left to cool for a few moments then eaten quarter by quarter however if you are not very hungary you may cut the pie in 2
