Terribly sorry to have bored you my friend. What was said about hospital radio, was part of a presentation about 'Communications' and how we are trying to communicate with both existing fans and potential ones, to get more people to the club and therefore, more money.

I guess, if they only picked up what you did, I failed on the communications front and would maybe be better advised to spend my considerable time and energy doing something else, for me rather than the club.

I was also worried about what I heard as a slash the costs and maintain the revenue solution. The gap is tiny and I was expecting a rallying call to remove it - I attempted to remind folk how easy the gap could be removed.

It was Johnny, as a response to someone going on about Sky funding reducing £10k - so if 1000 families in Leyth stopped it and stated that it was because of the treatment of non SL RL, even better if every other club did the same, then in Leyth alone subs drop £600k pa. If 200 fans donated that saving back to the club then we are in a very healthy position - as I am sick of saying the deficit is peanuts lets get the initiatives rolling and lets take our club forward.

In todays climate companies are fighting for our £'s so lets maximise those opportunities by uniting the fans behind the objectives eg 1200 families spending £5k pa at a supermarket = £6m pa = £2m GP = difference between doing well or not, as fixed cost reductions would be limited.

And if that is coming out of next years budget, that appears to be a massive chunk of the overall budget, along with the tax stuff and all.

RFL funding was £100k in 2011, and £90k in 2012.

When is the club sending out an online form to fill in for touchdown club? I'll send it to everyone in my contacts, could do with a well written plea on it too.

If we all send it to everyone and get one or two people each it could make all the difference.
