Yet again this fixture has been changed, and now we could end up playing both Whitehaven and Fax within 5 days,when we have had weeks without a home game.

The RFL are a joke and to say its not their fault but Skys is pathetic,how much do teams in our League make off Sky,very little, the Thursday televised games are more trouble than they are worth.

can we not just ask fax to call it a draw? 2 points will do me!

If we beat Toulouse and Gateshead it won't matter as we'll be safe so let's look on the bright side as we've got a full week to prepare for the Gateshead match now.

So now you know what I was alluding to, in another thread, when I said we were about to get some help, over the Gateshead fixture - i.e. a few more days to prepare for it.

Curiously, the RFL are showing Halifax playing at ours on the Wednesday, and at Batley on the Thursday. Can't expect them to get it right, eh?

SKY suggested this (Batley v Halifax) and I suspect the RFL didn't realise about the Wednesday game - a tad amazing when they decreed that's when we should play Halifax. Don't anyone ever tell me that SKY don't run RL!

In addition to inconveniencing Genesis, there's the small matters of Centurions having rented the stadium, sold tickets for the game, sold meal packages, got sponsors, doctors, etc. etc. etc. And, of course, poor programme editors not knowing when the game was going to be played!
