You know the more I think of it a targeted sponsored silence might be just the ticket, or even an invitation event "who can not post on this messageboard for the longest time competition..."

Is it just me then who thinks its good that people are so passionate about their views and what they feel is best for our club?

Not at all. The passion is good. What that has to do with being rude, negative, antagonistic and opinionated (not the same as simply having an opinion) is beyond me.

Funnilly enough the ' negative ' claim has been laid at my door , when in fact I see it as the other way round , all I keep hearing is that no sports clubs can ever be self sustainable without ' donations ' either from fans or benefactors , to me that is ' negative '

Unfortunately there is all too often name calling on here, and it will increase at moments when people have completely opposite views, as starry has just said one mans negative is another mans positive.

Well I wish everyone was like me...I am right 98% of the time. Who cares about the other 3%?

If any of you people knew the last 2 years he as gone through and he still survived and got off his backside to raise a vast sum of money for leigh and along the way helped raised lisa profile via radio interviews he did as still does when local radio invite on various shows you would have nothing but praise for the young lad.

But the scum that floats on here and post these insults are beyond belief

Time we ll started working together, I m most upset that Eirwyn one of our committee members has said he will resign. Please don't we need more on board, theres not enough of us thats all.
PLease stop bickering and lets raise some money to save the club.

Agree.............its time for the moaning etc to end, we all want to see the club gain SL status next time around and come through the current money probs - so its time that people joined LISA and the Lottery to make sure that all the hard work that AT did for the club isnt wasted.

Time for the public of Leigh to prove that they want a strong RL club......
