8900 tickets done at COB today but the STs are included in this. North and west sold out but a few left in east and alot left in south.

After every game this season the players have come to the fans and signed autographs posed for photo’s etc, seem to have taken it in turns but its something that hasn’t gone unnoticed of how our club has fantastically interacted with our fan base but more importantly been very accessible to our young fans

The posts regarding the rapid take up that I read on the V2 this morning had me rattled as my application for emergency leave was being "considered' overnight. Got the green light just before midday and my bro-in law and I will be attending the party to end all parties, albeit in the East.

Seems like the East Stand will be the place to be on Saturday afternoon, can't wait to see the LSV in Circus mode.

21 single seats left in the East Stand. 2 single seats left in West Stand, plenty left in South at present. I am assuming all blocks marked as unavailable are full, although if a block has been allocated for Batley then we won't know how many of those have gone yet.

We will definitely P!$$ 10,000 + for this one IMO.

John we may have some floating opposition fans coming along, you and Bentleyman are most welcome, come see a good team and a crowd.

5700 fans paid up to £22 to watch the weekend game, with over 400 in corporate - despite being live on tv and the Manc derby. If each of those took a mate/relative the ground would be full. We will be alright when it comes to ST sales for next year, especially as the 'how the flick have Leigh signed him' are announced

This is more than a great gesture from Derek - he does have his heart very much in the right place, but he is also a genius.
He now has a marketing database full of new names and addresses.
What Derek Beaumont and his team have achieved in such a short space of time is nothing short of a miracle.
It's not 5 minutes ago that home attendances were circa 1,200 to 1,500.
Fans from other clubs should encourage their Directors to copy the model and before any come on here griping about Derek's investment and how anything can be achieved with his financial support, they would do well to take a much closer look at what has happened and how it has been achieved.
Should we worry about whether or not we play to our best on the day and, just in case we don't, then scrap the idea. The answer in my view is very obvious.

In fairness to Fax John, there's been a lot of chat regarding resting players "as it is only Batley." A loss at the big party wouldn't be the best marketing. The shorter turnaround before the Leeds game due to Sky's demands have given the staff a difficult balancing act. I think Charlie can probably recommend some people to advise on that.
