Michael nobody should be running a club if they don't tip in every year. We need about £100k pa from the board to be close to reaching our potential, if you can't be a part of that then you shouldn't be a part of the decision making process. You know what Maurice you're absolutely right, so like I said earlier I think the current BOD should do one and shut up shop until these mystical beasts with 100k pa to 'invest' appear from over the horizon.

Had a committee meeting tonight have we, been given orders ? I have a strong view that a BoD need to tip in and that the figure is circa £100k pa to make a difference be that 10 £10k's, 5 £20k's or 100 £1k's doesn't matter

You're wrong. If only people who tipped in significant cash should be running the club, then I'm afraid nobody would be running the club. You assume these willing investors exist, but the evidence is to the contrary.

If you know better, then please, help make it happen. Nothing would make me happier than having our club financially stable with a strong and experienced board of directors.
