Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing

Just got back from liverpool airport , the roads are as bad as I have ever seen them in around 30 years of driving
At 5 am the was a bloke trying to ride his motorbike down the lancs , he just had to stop and drag it off to the side , then on winwick lane it was down to 20 feet visibilty
On the way back they were dragging a 40 tonner off at haydock the opposite way , there were cars on their roofs on the M 62
I went to come back down winwick lane but the traffic was just stuck
Am now not going in work today , we are shut

I've not seen snow like this in the North West for over 25 years.

Not much chance of the game being on.
I’ve eventually made it to work but had to turn around twice, once because several other vehicles couldn’t get up the hill, side of Westleigh high, and then top of Bickershaw lane as a tanker was stuck, then when I got to Hindley had a detour to Platt Bridge to pick up a couple of co-workers stranded.
