But when 5 Super League clubs start a bidding war for a prized asset, it does give you stronger leverage.
Let's just see. Whilst inevitably we will need to streamline operations next season, Derek simply does not invest over £1 million of his own money to just walk away from the club he loves and supported from a young boy.
I saw him and Dr Marwen just after the hooter and whilst he must be hurting inside, like all of us , he did not strike me as someone just about to throw in the towel just yet. Not IMO. |

Harold, I've said all along I don't think he will walk,and it wouldn't surprise me to see Marwan put a shilling or 2 in as well,at the moment we are limping, but a Good Doctor,and a Good Leyther can sort it out. |

Irrespective,as long as I still have air in my lungs I am back for yet another year, Charlie.

We are probably from the same era Harold, I have see the Wembley win and the Championship win at Haven,as well as many low points and I will never give up on them,in the past I have been involved with a fair few money raising events, only I'll health prevents me from doing more for our great Club.
I really do think events this season are a setback that can be overcome,hopefully more Leythers will think as we do and keep the faith.  |

What happened to the SL season? They met the required attendance and more to only break even. I would say money back on that season. 500k parachute payment plus top central funding. As a fan I'm asking questions? |
