Looking at the video footage of the incident I would say that sending off will be sufficient. There is no malice in Greg's tackle he was committed Imo . Soward had no right to go after Greg and tackle him from behind either , a few punches thrown but that's about it .

It seemed worse at the time.
Greg a bit late on Soward although he did look committed to the tackle.
Over reaction from Soward to run after him after a try has been scored and tackle him from behind.
Bit of a scuffle on the floor but broken up quickly by other players.

So NFA or 1 Game for Soward the Coward & up to 4 games for Greg, hardly seems right that.
Add to that the really nasty & cowardly shot of Brough being considered for 2 > 3 matches, meaning he will face Leigh, no wonder the RFL can't command any respect.
