I priced this trip with two other companies, one wanted - another 100 pounds and the other 125 so it shows how much money we save using Trafalgar .

I don't know for sure but it seems to me we should ask each company to quote a price then when we know tell the others the best price we have been offered and ask the others if they are prepared to revise their offers ?

However he can't employ more drivers in case we need more coaches as 90 per cent of the time we take just the one , on the same note I can use another firm but we would have to charge more as ALL the other companies charge at least 100 pounds for a coach .
When I have 5 days to book another and get enough people to fill I too is hard , what we need is all the regulars to book very early so I know in plenty of the to get another one sorted. It's not easy you know , wish it was.

Even if we only have 12 names extra for a minibus, we should still run it charging the same price. After all It would be an extra £60 or so to the club in admission money on a split gate.
