If Sky crack on about lewd (and what he thought to be private) sexist comments having no place on television then his defence can just show them an episode of the universally accepted afternoon show 'Loose Women' as an example of this 'banter' - and thats before they start getting out the Sun, The News of the World etc.

Agree totally except I don't think it will get as far as a court.
A (Large) out of court settlement will probably see the end of it all with all parties happy.

Probably depends if SKY can put forward a load of witnesses stating he has been doing similar stuff for years , it matters not what Rupert Murdochs other co do as regards page 3 and the like , or even the SKY newsreaders and soccer AM , all those people agreed to take part in whatever they did

In terms of comments about the lineswomen it is relevent as the company was trying to take the moral high ground about sexism and women so looking at some of the features on some of the programmes it puts out would say it was being 'somewhat' hypocritical with those comments.

The leaked youtube footage of other non presentable TV material was 'timely' to say the least.

I suspect Grays lawyer(s) knows that and a total lack of comment from Grays team would probably underline that this whole issue will quietly dissapear with Gray turning up some years later on a radioshow or foreign tv channel a lot richer.

He will have got a good payoff as will his mate so I doubt either will take it further.

For me it was a boring programme anyways and a bit like that breakfast table chat in on a Sunday morning were noone ever drinks that orange juice.

There is a view on the far right that the BBC is a left wing biased service. It isn't. But Sky and left wing in the same sentence? Do me a favour. Try watching Sky News (or indeed read The Sun or watch Fox in US, totally left wing eh?)
