everyone gets 'touchy' sometimes - it's human nature surely ?

Like you say everyone gets touchy, it's just the frequency of it that has changed.

it's us,by definition that is 'society' so we are to blame then - it doesn't mean we have to be 'touchy' or agressive or nasty etc etc - it's far easier to be nice to someone than it is to cause them grief surely.
The biggest problem today as I see it is tolerance or,lack of it !
