I have no problem with anybody of any creed or colour if they get there out of bed and go to work, pay the tax and NI like the rest of us and are genuine.

But it really galls me when you see some of this lot draw £600 a week from the Post office in benefits and walk straight in to the nearest bookmakers and shove it all in the machines, then go out on the rob all week cos they have got no brass, Perhaps do a spot of fishing and remove several hundreds of pounds worth of expensive course fish for their dinner table or as happened last week, not answer when the baliffs turn up and then get all their mates to strip the house bare that they are renting and move all the gear into one of the neighbours who just happen to be part of the clan and sell anything else they managed to get out for whatever they can get for it.

Best bit is........................they all stroll around in designer gear!!

Of course some do, just like true Brits do. Just like true Brits, there are also mostly genuine people who want to make a go of it and are contributing.
Pointing out problems is great - its offering solutions that is hardest part. BNP don't do that. They tell you what some people want to hear, and it strikes a chord with ones that are suffering from current economic climate. People seem to need something/someone to blame - its human nature. BNP provide this and gain support from it - even given their background.

Picture the scene....

Tesco build a big supermarket in the town and in this wonderful multinational multicultural utopia in which we apparently live, decide to employ 500 migrants rather than folk from the local population.

Anyone who thinks that is acceptable needs to have a proper good look at themselves.

Now this is exactly the type of story the BNP put on their leaflets.

In honesty Frank it was meant as a response to the thought that 'Leigh jobs for Leigh people' was nonsense.

However, you go into many factories and building sites up and down the country, and it is what you will see and nobody should make any apologies for pointing it out, nomatter how politically sensitive it may be.

This is where the BNP (NF) are getting their foot in the door, they are playing up to everyone's frustration at the amount of freeloaders we have living in this country. Neither this country nor any other country will ever go back to 'jobs for the natives', the world has moved on, travel has become easier and there will always be a number of immigrants in any country in the world.
I believe that any 'foreigner' should be allowed to live here as long as they earn their keep, pay their taxes and obey the laws - and anyone else should be kicked out - simple!
I just wish that one of the major parties would wake up and smell the coffee and realise that the people of Britain are at breaking point over the immimgration issue, by not doing so they are playing straight into the hands of the BNP!

Ordinarily, I dont care who does the work so long as there is enough to go round, however, at at time where 250000 British construction workers have lost their jobs in the last 12 months, yet over 22000 new NI numbers have been provided to addresses "a stone's throw" from the Olympic Village the balance doesn't seem quite right.

I am always amazed when these threads appear how narrow minded people are. The British people have always welcomed immigrants to these shores, from the Huguenots in the 17th C. up to Ugandan Asians in the 1960s and 70s, and each of these peoples has brought a significant contribution to what is now the British nation.
However, when there are economic difficulties in a nation, extremist political parties will always highlight examples of immigrants receiving "preferential" treatment to try to justify their views and make them seem attractive to voters.
It has happened in Germany in the 30s, Nigeria in the 60s, the Balkans in the 90s and each time was followed by extreme violence and national shame.
We should welcome into our nation all those who want to work hard, and deal with those who don't on the same basis as a native.
The colour of someones skin, their native tongue or religious view is not an issue to me as long as they are decent people.
I am a devout atheist but I think one of the 10 commandments sums things up perfectly -
"DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU".

and thats why normally moderate folk are finding themselves drifting to the right.

BNP = Nasty racist scum, if the story about one of them gettng a hammer round the head is true, then I have no sympathy at all.

Democracy is one thing, but the BNP would remove that from anyone they think isn't "worth it". Fight fire with fire IMHO, and if you're willing to give a kicking then you must be willing to accept that you're going to take one eventually.
I've had enough run ins over the years to lesser or greater degrees to know whats underneath their respectable surface.

That won't happen though as Tesco have an agreement with Jobcentre Plus to ringfence a percentage of jobs for local claimants (not sure on the percentage but when the Haydock store was opened around 80-90 people that had been claiming landed jobs there).

So the answer is what ? everywhere i look during my lunch hour i see immigrants doing nothing only mooching about town.

I am seriously thinking of stopping working my 6 days a week and joining them, especially while summer just round the corner, personally it sickens me whats happening to our town.
