Why would they ban you

Fred it would be boring on here without our Frank.

We asked last year to do one on the grass behind Harriers for the England game. Wanted to put a large screen up for the football match immediately after the French game, but we got turned down.

I would however say in my experience LSV always respond and seem to be more willing to consider things now and I'd be surprised if the club didn't give it their support.

If you want the LSV/EMC , the club to take you serious , you need to be able to guarantee numbers turning up to participate , it's no use them agreeing to try something and it being poorly attended , because the beer won't be ' real ' , or it will be 50 p dearer than you can buy in The Goose , or god forbid , it rains

I suggested to one of our directors a just before we entered the LSV , that if they needed an outdoor stage to have a band or artist on , I have available a 6 mtr/20 ft long flatbed trailer that could be used for that purpose relatively easily

They could always sell bottles of real ale Steve, doubt they would though.

I know were you're coming from, but its very difficult to obtain numbers without advance tickets, etc, so for me we need to test the water, target a game Train cup semi perhaps, try to keep cost down, but we need to do somethings, perhaps put your free coaches on, drop them off there, bouncy castle, local dance group, and promote the fans event, (if everyone on here talked their usual party into supporting this and Dewsbury only bring one or two coaches you'd be looking at 100 - 200 people), perhaps for this one only open the East concourse, for bar (cheaper beer before the kick off) and toilets, could also be used as back up in case of bad weather, learn from it and then build on it and have your stage, local groups, marquees etc.
