Appeasing old fans should be low on the boards agenda simply because you can't do it, creating a buzz around being part of something great again should be motivation enough for fans of our club be they current past or future- and boy am I looking forward to the pre season as the hors d'oeuvres for the feast ahead

Should be an interesting few week s waiting to hear what will happen .
As for us we can only be the best we can be at the level we are at and hope that changes are brought in that will reward clubs that are doing well .

My opinion is the matter of dumping licenscing needs to be made well before Christmas.

Licenscing has led to a reduction in every clubs average gates apart from surprisingly Fev since its' introduction.

Every club knows that.

I dont think the ending of licencing is the issue for discussion frank, it seems both parties are fairly agreed on that, it is what replaces it, and who makes the decisions from then on that is the point to be sorted

Well I listened to Derek Beaumont at the last LISA meeting and he seemed pretty confident about what would happen.

Thanks, much appreciated. My issue is that by having a go at people it just puts them off going back. A mate of mine packed in shortly after the move to the LSV, for various reasons. Last December he was in the market buying the new shirt and said he hadn't been in ages and was considering trying again in the new year. The old bloke behind him gave him a lecture, as a result he said forget it then. Counter productive.

Something I have always stated and believe without question is that a sports club exists for its fans, without them there is no point continuing so please keep talking the club up and encourage all fans past and present to get behind what is unfolding, because that rolling snowball will attract lots of new ones as it gathers pace with the fantastic RL that will be on display.

Make no bones about it this club wants to play fantastic RL and be the best it can possibly be, starting with a GF appearance next season - lets all enjoy the journey together

Neil, one thing to consider for future seasons would be a 5 ticket book without the add ons, for those of us who can't get to every home game.
