Jesus, for a a club who apparently ''hate'' Wigan you don't half demand/expect our help...

it was a promise and an agreement that Wigan would send for three years their strongest possible side in a friendly

short memories in Wigan apparently as even their then ch exec refered to it

who says as a club we hate Wigan who says we demand or expect Wigans help? the agreement was brokered then broke as a mark of Wigan wanting more derby games (Wigans/ same ch exec words not mine) know your club Alex or shut up.

It was a promise he shouldn't have made as it is obviously against the coach's wishes.

A mistake. Oh well. It's not as though there was massive consequences.

We have got over it - we now have pre-season friendly and 'dual contract' ageement with the current TOP team in Sooper Dooper League.

It just proves the point, anyway it worked out great in the end we cemented an agreement with an honorable club (so far)Warrington so I'm way way over it.

Far better having a working relationship with the Wire than those Crust munching 4ckwits.

We should have no association with wigan other than how to market ourselves to our area.
if thats not possible,for what ever reason, then there is no need to mention the word wigan on this forum EVER AGAIN because It serves no purpose.

i love a pie my self to be honest - especially those cooked in bolton or tyldesley - far better quality.
Wigan pies are better left alone theres so much crap assocciated with them.
