Im sorry you didnt enjoy your trip up to Whitehaven, the true fans who go to the matches everyweek regardless of the score or the league position never cause this sort of trouble. Its usually the people who dont have a clue about Rugby League.

Every club has their share of idiots unfortunatly.

I would appriciate you wouldnt put all us haven fans under the same roof as those idiots as most of us get along with all other fans.

I appreciate your sentiments mckenzie, however if your club cannot be bothered to even acknowledge my email let alone state they are investigating the stewards and wheelchair derby incidents, then The Recreation Ground is off my radar completely. I will not put my family through that again. I spoke to a Bern Amor who gave me her email address. Having said that the RFL don't acknowledge or reply to emails either.

There is no club official site I can find either, I thought in this day and age all clubs had a presence in the internet.

Well they are either changing to the new RL based one, not renewed the certificate (like I didn't) or have proved the recent rumours true and gone belly up.

By the "no further comment" part, I can only imagine it's a legal issue.

Im afraid there's nothing I can do about the club not replying, they should step forward and send apologies and take action but Im not in control of anything that happens down there.
I can agree with you on some of the stewarding at the ground, it isnt professional, but not all the stewards that work at the rec act like that.

To what I remember iv never had any trouble with any Leigh fans at home or away so I cant say anything against anybody.

Bern Amor..mother of Kyle, is just the lady on the front desk at the office...in all fairness she aint going give you a response but she will have passed it to those concerned.
The club is going through a massive upheaval, the general manager left few weeks ago and is duties shared amongst others and an ex general manager who is getting on a bit and probably doesnt know how switch a PC on has came to help out organise things match days.
Hopefully there will be a response from someone!

The website ran by Flannerz who also does 'last tackle' web site came off month or two ago, He no long wants involved with it, But the club was supposed be getting the new RFL template like Fax have got which helps all championship clubs with costs...probably with all up heaval and financial problems no ones pushing it on now.
He does still run the forum which is nothing to do with the club and i dont know whats been posted on there for it to be taken off.Does look quite serious from what i hear, But i dont know whose made the complaint?...There has been all kinds about our coach and BOD of late and nothing ever said.

Every club has a few idiots and sometimes chanting and stuff which majority of time is just banter spills over.Especially when tensions are running high over a defeat etc.

Only thing i saw were some young leigh fans later on outside ground still singing your going down before going on their way in mini bus.
I dont think the two doormen who are employed for the bar not the ground should have got involved,Who ever was to blame for it the Stewards should have been there to sort it and yes they are trained.
Not all Haven fans are trouble, was only few weeks ago lot Fax fans made a weekend of it and had a great night in our bar and then into town.
Fred and Dave Parky both know who i am and ive even written for your match program for Dave.
