| Glad they put subtitles on there so we can understand what McNamara was saying.

| Excellent performance 1 thru 17 and full credit to all of the coaching staff.
I have read some junk on here lately in terms of player and coach criticism.
Especially pleased to see Ben Reynolds and Adam Higson both make telling contributions.
With Mortimer (another great performance) at hooker we suddenly have so many more attacking options and far less pressure on Mickey Higham to deliver miracles.
The Bookies had said before the game we needed 10 points start - so they were 34 points wrong - very rarely are they this far off with their handicap predictions.
We have raised the bar - have confidence - we can build on this superb performance.
P.S. I am fully expecting Jamie Acton to come back and prove a few more of you totally wrong with an outstanding season in Super League next year.

I spotted that one too. Virtually identical to Acton's push last season, and definitely with 'the potential for injury'! Of course, he wasn't pushed in the head, which seems to be one of this season's criteria for punishment!
Do we reckon Gregg will get away with his high tackle?

We he get away with it? Probably not.
Will worse be let go? Almost definitely!

Thought the ref applied common sense to that incident, just like he did throughout the game. There was no fuss, no glut of penalties, despite the noise from the home crowd. I'd be happy to get him again.

A tactic used by Cas this year without punishment up to now , but much more dangerous than Jamie's or the Cats player yesterday is deliberatly pushing a defending player INTO his full back as he's catching a bomb , they did it against us in the 1 st game , repeated it against Wakey on Thursday and have done it in other games
The potential for head injury is massive

Only if a Leigh player does it.

Obsessed !
Both incidents are totally incomparable. If you watch each one back in isolation you will conclude one is running in the direction of the ball, impeded by a stray defender in his direct path , the other is fixated on only taking out Flanagan behind the ball in a cowardly fashion unrelated to the context of the play or the game of Rugby League.
One is rightfully a penalty, the other one is more severe and deserving of a ban. End of.
These qualifiers are no place for such lunacy.

Well I hope your opinion changes next season Harold, but that's more down to him than you

At last a proper ref. Typical it's the first time he's reffed us all season!!

Agreed. As a matter of interest, we've had Ben Thaler three times at home, and won all three! We seem to be ok when we have 'proper' refs!

I know what you are saying, Harold, but the outcome of both challenges could have been the same. (i.e. "potential for injury", as the 'Disciplinary' decreed, in Acton's case) Believe me, there is nothing worse than being 'challenged' by someone, when you don't see it coming. Not sure who the Catalans player was in that 'challenge' but some of them have disciplinary records, not far behind Acton's!

I think it was Inu on Drinky Alan, early on in the game.
