Well my view is with Superleague clubs having their reserves teams again next season '"Twinning" is finished and Dual Contracts too. Hope so.

Twinning will go Duals will be back but as it was orginally which I think is ok.

So are we going to still be in partnership with Wigan Lynda or can we take duals from any club? Not that I mind just want to clear things up.

Trouble with the DC system was that the contracted club could recall a player back at any time.

It needs to be dustbinned as does Twinning and licenscing.

I have no problem with the loan system.

Next season we should show the Championship we are the team to beat and only play contracted Leythers.

Only on the first page of the thread and my first thoughts were that maybe you had signed Jacob Fairbank who was looking for a way out from Huddersfield but then someone said he would be a huge fan favorite and although hes a good player he isnt that type of player.

As for our signings I cant say Im that impressed with those two. Brown is like for like for Handforth although Johnson sounds promising and was rated higher than Brierley by Cas. Missing out on Finn which was almost a done deal looks to have caused a bit of a panic buy in Brown for me. We still have Mennell, Kaye, and Cowling to come in with the first 2 sorting our hooking problems out but Honestly although I still think we have the best pack in the league i dont see our half backs been good enough to propell us in to the top 2 and think we will be fighting for 3rd, 4th, and 5th with Leigh and Batley.

So a statement from the Chairman isn't to believed because it was a statement and not a formal announcement, how strange is that? The positive vibes you mention include a euphoria from fans who were led to believe that the Wigan link was no more, the coach says that isn't true.
