Well said Matt, trouble is as can be seen from some posts on here it would seem we have at least one person with a hidden agenda who jumps on everything negative yet never has a word on a positive thread.

And tomorrow itsThursday , and the day after itsFriday , in other words ,we already know that .

I agree, with what your saying Matt, canceling memberships etc, is not going to help or resolve it, however I still don't like the idea, but we have to move on, just hope we learn from this, in future to ask all to vote and go off the result, and didn't say we don't have time, the pitch work would have been on the cards for a long time.

If it was a decision made for corporate reason and hopefully to increase attendances,what would be the point in asking the supporters on the terraces,we know what most would say.

There are some "fans" on here who quite clearly are not fans. Like the bloke who said that he would only be able to make a couple of games a season because of the kick-off times and what was the point of coming to only those - so he wasn't going to come at all. What a prize pillock. Leigh doesn't need people like that and if he does boycott he had better not turn up when we reach the final.

I can only get to one game, maybe two if I am lucky, per year. It makes me look forward to them more, not less.

Was the decision to move to Fridays well handled? No, it could have been better. Was it done intentionally to annoy people on this board? Unlikely. Will it increase attendances? No-one knows but perhaps its worth a try.

Perhaps it is also worth remembering that the people who run our club are not professional marketers or communicators - they do their best and slip up every once in a while. They don't deserve to be crucified every time they do. If it wasn't for these same people we wouldn't have a club to moan about - it really is as simple as that!

And now..back to watching ice hockey...

You mean they Dont know What planet have they been on?We can all make our Speeches ,or come up with our Ideas , on what we can try to do , and im not saying you are wrong , what i am saying is "We already know this",i can give you Lincolns Speech at Gettysburg, or Martin Luthers at Washington both VERY Historical , even Verbatum , but what good would it do?As i said we already know what we must do to keep our Great Club going .
