Just taken the dog for a walk and it's snowing (as opposed to sleet) Given the underfoot conditions tonight it is 100% better than two days ago. (never slipped once tonight)

I must confess that my optimism is waning as I'm looking out of the window. If all that snow freezes, which it inevitably will, we must be struggling.
If it's on, the ground staff have done incredibly.

Sod that, I saw the amount of snow you lot have had when I was going up to Edinburgh yesterday 
If it stays as snow then we won't be so bad - far better for walking on than ice, and far easier to clear if necessary.

Agree entirely Matt. Frozen snow is a lot easier to walk on than snow that has had rain on it and then frozen with an ice covering.

Totally agree with you! Unfortunately its not our choice its the H&S crowd!
I'll be travelling to Preston tomorrow to work and I'll make it there and back no problem but the last 500 yards I have to walk from my house to the stadium will be deemed unsafe im guessing! Crazy
