Maurice has told me at next seasons friendlies that if it's cold stewards will provide Snuggies for older supporters as well as free Bovril and Brandy.

I brought someone to the Batley game for the first time and they did comment about the walking past the (empty) turnstile to go and queue at the ticket office in the storm (it wasn't rain - it was really bad and I'd say half the North Stand from the front and over half the West stand from the front was in rain - only seen it that bad once before !) and why couldn't they pay at the turnstile like a lot of grounds with small attendances.
Now I realise people will say you will only move a queue from the office to the turnstile but the 3 people in front of us all wanted West Stand tickets, so that's 3 people who wouldn't have been in the queue for the North stand if we'd have had a cash only turnstile.
Its nothing major but if its just one annoyance to one fan and it can be fixed (pretty certain its been well covered before in fairness as to the 'reason' why it can't be done) then lets fix it ?

Fully expected the tickets on match day rising so well done to all for freezing prices, I actually think match day pricing is good value for money and for any who can't get a ST its good to see its very affordable next year.
With no DR / a more 'winning the league means something' and good pricing we deserve the fans to get behind this now.
Still lots of work to go as many still won't bite (that's why I feel match day HAS to be attractive when we're surrounded by top flight SL and football clubs) but if we can start well and keep banging the drum very loudly our fortunes will change.

Unreal. How about you use an umbrella to get from your car to ticket office then when you have your ticket go to the turnstyle. I'll even suggest the club produces Centurion umbrellas for you to purchase. Lets all move with the times.

I understand the BOM are considering giving out a voucher for water therapy plus a free can of tomato soup.

They do realise they can't please everyone but they are doing their best. That'll do for me.

I live in Great Sankey, Warrington. I walk to the bus stop, which takes 10-15 minues, then get on the bus to town which takes 20 minutes. I then have a 15 minute wait before getting on the 28A to Leigh, which takes the best part of an hour. Then there is the walk to the LSV, followed by the inevitable queue to buy my ticket. As you can imagine by that point I am a bit fed up of messing about.

It might seem like I am being pedantic, but as I said the aim of the game is to get more people through the turnstile and if you want to do that successfully you need the whole experience to be superb from the moment you step onto the LSV complex.

As I said earlier, I have been to something like 20 rugby league grounds this year. I have been racking my mind and the only grounds I can think of without cash turnstiles were Headingley and the Gilbert Brutas- both have unmanned turnstiles. For something so simple, why can't it be changed? When Warrington last played Leigh in 2011, cash was accepted due to the size of the queue, so it is doable.
