No worries, my personal view is Riddy has had the taken on several occassions because of his love of the team that gets exploited. You have to appreciate his future was in complete limbo and he'd got his job as a roofer back, to then have to go back to his new boss and say he needed 3 afternoons off a week to train a youth team (and not get paid - as the offer at the time) was a bit .

Even last season bringing in Brown and dropping him to me is just a joke and can't fathmon why the management did that.

Hopefully he got a good offer, him and Woods were striking up a good partnership early last season.

Riddy whilst having lost pace still has the best rugby brain in the team, he organise attack and defense and moves the side around the pitch and has a good kicking game.. Reynolds, Woods don't do that, I doubt Reynolds could ever do it.

I’m delighted to see Riddy back in Leigh Colours . I cannot understand why he was seeming left out of team late on last season ? He’s simply a class above Reynolds,Woods and Ellis he was never blessed with pace but neither are aforementioned! With pace Martyn could well have been the greatest player we’ve ever had, that accolade is firmly in John Woods hands !

I could not agree more. I also have a lot of admiration of the lad. Very talented. He certainly has a brain on him and that was evident way back when I first regularly saw him play at Miners. The majority of the things Leigh do well on the field still inevitably comes through Ridyard's hands and even at 33, it is great to stil see him in the team.

The thing for me Harold is at 33 riddy has to keep on top of his fitness and im not sure if he did 2nd half of the season because iv never seen riddy get caught In possession as much as he did and he did look a bit over weight,a fit riddy would get in the team before the other lads for me
