Think this to be true. Why is it obvious to this person that LSV is the place to complain to? She supports Leigh so she should complain to them so they can look into it. Its in the clubs interest to take that complaint seriously too.
As for the woman giving up after all the years watching in the snow etc - how weak are you to be allowed to be dictated to in watching Leigh by a individual steward. Also sit down in a seated area you clown!

What I find odd about this is why the lady only sent the letter to the Reporter at the end of September or in early October. And if 'it was in September' I can't think of what would have brought her to her feet whilst a game was going on.

she was probably brought to her feet by one of her neighbours trying to get past her to purchase a pie or a pint (though God knows why) or to use the toilet,when the ground first opened I got my season ticket for the west stand but soon got pi**ed off with all the movement so I transferred into the North stand

I was wondering the same myself why he is asking this question maybe if she is such a big fan then it won't deter her from going to away games or that the stewards at away games are same as ours don't know and unless he tells us why he's asking it will remain an enigma Peawapp

If you went to see the Rolling Stones at the MEN Arena and had a problem with a steward, would you complain to Mick Jagger ? Probably not.
But realistically it matters nothing who is technically responsible here. The point is it is the club that is being blamed and is getting the bad publicity. They need to respond. A letter from the club in next week's Reporter is needed which clearly puts forward their side of the case. Maybe offer the lady free tickets to one of the executive suites for one of the pre-season friendlies as a sweetener, and have the Reporter publish a nice photo of her smiling with our chairman.

Typically, some are dismissive - hopefully the club aren't, despite the rights & wrongs of the chain of communication.
