| Excellent post Zulu01. DB bragging about his money under veiled threats of wanting to walk away but Leigh not able to afford the player contracts. Hes donald trump in disguise. Go if you want to DB. Leigh Rugby League and the supporters will always be here. The roller coaster ride is coming to an end just like last time.

| When the fun stops then stop. He walked away before and will do again if fans can’t show any passion after paying the gate fee then it’s a bad day

| No swearing in the North Stand on Sunday and don't make too much noise. We don't want to wake the baby, he gets a bit grissly when he doesn't get his own way. Oh, and don't forget to wipe your feet when you come in. Have to be on best behaviour. We are becoming despicable.

| Actually feel sorry for jukes handing in his resignation as his family and kids what at the game and was upset at what was shouted about there dad. He was made to feel he had no option but to quit but to be honest it was not his fault it’s the big fella Cunningham who was in charge at the time now purtil come in he made clear that Cunningham was to stay clear of the running of the side and leave it to him fair play to purts for standing up to Cunningham hopefully we start to play some rugby now might not happen overnight but the less Cunningham as to do with the side the better

| It's time Derek and the Fans build a better relationship ,it will do no good like this, the last thing we want is for Derek to walk,as long as the Fans are not offensive or abusive then for me they should be able to voice their opinions, let's forget about this crazy word Despicable.
Though if Derek did walk the Club would survive,I'm sure someone would be ready to step in, maybe a familiar face.

| I'm not sure whether the owner was objecting more to the booing of our players, and the chants aimed at the coach, rather than folk applauding an incredible fightback by Toulouse. I personally wouldn't boo our lads, or aim chants at the coach. (especially from the West Stand ) However, people have paid their 'hard-earned', and are entitled to voice their opinion - surely?

| DB, KP, KC, the North Stand & West Stand all have some thing in common - we all want the team to do well and get back into SL. Everyone is frustrated by the poor start but nobody benefits from all this bitching - we need to give KP our support and hope he can turn it around. Leigh 22 Fev 20.

| Jukes was also made to tell micky that he did not want him as a player and that Cunningham son was his replacement when really he wanted micky to stay it’s took this bust up and someone to get a pair of balls to bring micky back and tell Cunningham where to go so well in for that KP

If juksey hadn't got the strength to say no to Cunningham then maybe it's good he's not there any more because if ur going to fail fail on ur own decisions and not someone else's,

With all Monty says which makes sense, and reading between the lines after listening to Derek's phone call where he says Cunningham is now strictly Head of Rugby - which implies he was interfering with other things. Are we safe to say, the Cunningham Effect was responsible for letting last years players go (inc. talisman Ridyard) and this years poor results?
If so, why is Cunningham still employed. Money, (is he on a stupid contract?) or lack of courage to let him go?
You could also argue Jukes could have gone upstairs with a fresh coach being supported by Jukes' experience at the club.

Jukes was 100% behind getting rid of the likes of Riddy, Hopkins etc. Not a single player left from the team that Rowley built.
Derek didnt even know Riddy had been shunted out on loan last season.

Over to you Monty...
But, if accurate Draexnael, for what reason did DB convince Jukes to stay -- last year post relegation -- when he apparently submitted his resignation?

That was, arguably, the worst decision of all, last season. In that we loaned him out to one of our 'relegation' opponents, whose improvement in form 'coincided' with his arrival there.
