I suppose despite the British way seemingly of liking to queue in a orderly fashion a new generation look on this type of function as something alien to them.
We have a large empty stadia on matchdays, if people want a cash turnstile or easier excess to the stadia then a good forward thinking customer focussed company would give them just that and overcome what ever barriers required to do so.

In a ideal world people would want to be at the LSV from 1pm (or 4pm saturday evening if talking a totally ideal world KO time ) and enjoy the prematch buildup / entertainment whilst sampling the food /drink inside the stadia.
Obviously some way to go before we get that basic attraction in place but at least we're going in the right direction

Whatever your take on the Cash turnstiles Isn't it a lot better typing about problems getting in the ground then concerns about our poor form from 12 months ago

One thing I do find it encouraging is that it's rare that you hear people complain about a lack of atmosphere at the LSV, so we as fans must be doing summat right.

like I said in another thread from what i heard over it on friday when it was being tested they would appear to have that sorted, blame SKY they wanted it altering.

Thats why they bring it now they complained after the Barrow game they didnt have the 'shed' for that one

Anyone with a bit of common, on buildiing a new stadia worth millions would put in a decent bar area. People would have then from the beginning come inside the ground and have a pint. I am not going to the ground an hour before the kick off to lean against a concrete wall. I think that the people in charge of these projects are not your average fan, so have no idea what so ever. Probably the only games they go to are the corporate freebies.

Isn't the Legends bar open before the game? I don't know as I don't drink on match days.

Why where Fev fans allowed to walk freely from the North Stand into the West? 2 stewards said nowt to the first 2 or 3 then spoke with the next couple who then continued to swap stands. Several more moved at half time. Is this right that firstly in our super Health & Safety concious stadium you CAN actually move around the ground and secondly these fans got in for £14 and then freely moved into the £16 seats What are those stewards paid for?
While i'm in a bad mood - what the Fcuk was the guy doing announcing the teams at KO time when fans are cheering the lads onto the pitch couldn't hear him. Oh and the tannoy is still s4ite but not as bad coz they played the music on a mellow setting

The larger group that moved at half time had wanted to move away from our fans because of bad language, the others before KO managed to get through as the stewards in the corner seemed to be too busy talking until another steward questioned why they had let them through.
I did hear someone say that they refused Turley to go from west to north stand???
