Probably a smart move for himself if its true, get a pay rise and a bonus at Leigh and stay in Super League, and or get a massive salary at Toronto.
Not as daft as I first though he was if true!
Cracking player, and goes unnoticed in games, but does the basics really well!

You would presume that the clause would have been part of his original contract.If that's the case then he'd made his mind up not to play in SL before signing it.The Toronto deal just proves that to be the case,and fits with his plans.Toronto wasn't on the cards when he signed for Leigh,but he quite clearly had made his mind up that he wasn't going to SL.

I'm not bothered one way or another, players come , players go ,he will be replaced as all the others who have left, and more than likely with a better player, it's already been stated by Jukesy he has had a few agents on the phone already offering players for next season, I don't see what the drama is.This season we have nigh on turned over a full team without disruption and bettered the Squad,I'm not worried.
