Only 5 clubs currently have reserve grade. Seems not many are keen to join for cost and logistic reasons. One muted solution is reserve grade one week, u19s the next, mixing them in.

I was told today that the signing of Ryan Atkins will be announced on Monday,with the possibility of Kevin Penny, I still can't see Zak Hardaker signing for us, but it would be great if he did,another name mentioned was Lama Tasi from Saints, I hope this is only a rumour though, he's had more sick notes than Liam Kay.

Atkins would be a top signing, no disrespect but why would he move from wire

Im not sure about the reasons, I thought he was due a Testimonial year next year, but then I was told it wasn't going to happen,as to why he would want to leave Warrington, I'm not privy to that sort of info, but you could ask the same of Greg Worthington ,and Andrew Dixon, why would they want to leave Leigh and a chance of SL ,for a spot in Toronto?

Announced on Sky Sports, Wire denied that Atkins had signed for Leigh, forget which match this was.

.....and when Atkins was asked would he be at Wire next season he smiled and said his contract ran for another year. A yes would have done wouldn't it.

Abdul would be a great signing for you, I'd have him my Hull 17 next year, so will be a little disappointed if we let him go out on loan. Given a run at SL, I think he will be a great player, great skill set, although overweight, reminds me of Cooke and think he would really bring his game on.

On your predicted side, looks really strong in the forwards, but very weak in the backs.

I wouldn't say very weak, but it is our weakest area. Hopefully the signings of Hardaker & Atkins will strengthen us in that department.

Backline would be McNally Higson Brown Tonga Dawson Ridyard Drinkwater imo as we stand today Thompson pushing for a wing spot, Smith FB/Centre, Reynolds HB/FB. So far we have just one new back announced and have lost 2, think we need at least 2 more probably 3.

Maybe a bit harsh, but I reckon it's currently the weakest in SL, still time as signings to be made.

It scored plenty points against SL clubs though, but it is the area we are most exposed
