He is Leigh through and through. He left in the manner he did because DB's ego and interfering put him in that position and he had no choice but to leave. He has put his body on the line playing for Leigh and anyone who remembers Leigh playing Wigan away in 2005 will remember Paul Rowley was the only player in a bunch of mercenaries who understood the importance of playing against the enemy in a derby game.

Okay, he's at Toronto and took players who also mustn't have liked DB's involvement, and what a brilliant job they've done for Toronto. Good luck to them and Paul Rowley. They are the only team that stand a chance of promotion against Widnes' expense.

NJ was put in an impossible situation. That team would have got into SL without a coach. He didn't have the experience of the players from SL and NRL so how did anyone expect them to respect him or his tactics. He's a good bloke and didn't deserve that. Wish him and Paul had been able to stick together under a different owner. We would have stayed in SL for years to come.

What's the betting on Koukash coming in for Leigh. At least he would get the crowds on his investment.

I will tell you how he has failed, even under him the team are a complete shambles in defence, going into our last 3 fixtures we needed to vastly improve our points difference, even the bottom two clubs scored scored nearly 60 points against us, and even in other games under his tenure we were winning comfortably we let the opposition back in to pile points on the board, I wonder what you would be saying if we had failed to get into the 4 on points difference?
