From that point on mate you have lost all credibility, first of all the coaching staff pick the team and as far as i can see for every player that leaves we usually find a better player coming in.

Anyone who thinks the team wont constantly evolve is deluded, even the top, top teams who stay successful always add quality YOY. I bet Mr Hetherington wishes he had done that 10 months ago...

Whether you like Derek or not is your choice but at the very least every Leyther should be grateful of his fantastic investment and drive for success.
