Like most sensible people I find this thread bizzare at best, sinister at worst.
Does people thinking of opening a business in Leigh, employing a dozen people need to rewrite their business plans? If they don't like rugby, or any sport or (God forbid) support another team or just don't like their windows being blocked/sellotape pulling of their paint they need to make provision for people with pitchforks trying to close them down?
I think the OP is actually quite sinister and bullying.
