As for the contract. It's clever on Salford's part and something either missed or accepted by Leigh. Either way, just honour what's been signed, learn from it, and get on with the rugby league. |

and how many other compromise agreements that have MK signature at the bottom have the clause in? hes signed plenty of them. MK told me last night only one has the clause in, which tells me he got personal with Gaz.
Yet he blows his trumpet on GMR regularly about how we should all see marque players yet one of our marque players is being denied the chance by Marwan. Complete double standards.
however Marwan also told me salford are expanding to the NRL.... yeah right...  |

There are differences between agreements and contracts. I can have an agreement to buy someone's house but can back out at any time up until the contracts are signed.

Law School  I was in the same year as The Roman Officer,Tony Cottrell,and Allan Rowley it was more like Outlaw School some Teachers entered the room with a Whip and Chair  .But I admit ,I DO know my onions ,Red ,Spring, or Spanish. |

I think we should honour the said clause and move on. It can only further motivate a squad that is pretty well motivated to start with, to take a SL scalp.

Marwan,has just not grasped the mistake he has made...I do feel sorry for the Salford fans.As again his interest is all for him..Probably cost you a good few grand that decision..But he will mark it up as a win for him.

I agree and although 'we' haven't actually been involved in the agreement, why put the player under pressure, it would show everyone especially Hock that we are a club that continues to put their best interests first.
If played right this could be a real positive for both the club and hopefully show Hock how we treat our players and he will repay that in future performances. |

All Leigh need to say is 'our coach picks the team as he sees fit' and leave it at that.
Unlike some clubs our coach does have the main say on playing matters so no need to engage in any of this and it will be nice to keep Salford guessing.
