Another good thing is that they do have assets . If lsv had not been built were would the club be now . Fev have a long term future because they own there own ground
It wasn't all plain sailing when the club first moved to lsv andy , many of the partners were unhappy , although that relationship is good now thanks to you and the council it's still a relationship and we all know what can happen to those
After a few more years the council or the lsv will find it hard to maintain the ground . They will then try to offload it as they have done and are still doing with many other council owned buildings , eg hindley baths and sports Centre , tyldesley baths , howe bridge sports Centre , lowton civic hall , formby hall and the manoco ballroom just to mention a few'"
Keith, the terms of the deal with Grundy Hill Estates were very clearly that we [sizehad[/size to pay rent. But, as always the finances were in a parlous state, and we may have often defaulted on those terms. |

Back in the day I loved the 'grittiness' of HP and it's very easy to look back with rose tinted specs but after a rocky start at the LSV I now consider it home.

I always enjoyed looking at the view of the stars on a cold winters night from the corner ones at the Chaddy end, never brave enough to squat  |

That's something that my brother's girlfriend has mentioned on more than one occasion and has actually put her off attending games, hope the LSV consider sorting it. |
