Looks like i will have to take back what i have been saying about him. i have mixed feelings about his signing to be honest

So Fax sign another player! Theres still loads of players out there looking for clubs, as far as i know none of the Widnes lads have been snapped up yet so we don't need to panic yet, but if we have to delay things any longer we may end up with a very average side.

If we keep hold of the current 15 or so that don't want to leave and try to replace the ones that have left there every chance we will be very competative, however i fear that several of our current lads won't wait much longer so we will end up signing poor players again. At least we are used to it.

This situation is no fault of the players
and if the players think they have a better future away from Leigh, then let them go...

In the long run, the situation may be a kick up the back side ,that we needed,
not only that it shows faults as a club...on a number of points

I.......... We need more fans coming through the turnstiles, which we all know
2.......... the wages that were being paid out, shows that some of the players were on more than they where worth,
3......... take the over paid players out of the equation, then what would the situation be now
4 you look at the incoming monies, and base your team around that,

i hope that lessons WILL be learned from the last season, for the future seasons to come

One thing i would like to say though

we as fans are doing our thing, but should imagine could do more, if we are honest,

The board are doing all they can do,

But rember there wouldnt be a Leigh Rugby if the consortium hadnt bought the club when it was at Hilton Park
and for that i will always be gratefull
