Well done, the match and atmosphere were both great advertisements for the Championship and rugby league.
Anyway back to SKY to just ignore it again.

That was brilliant both teams and supporters take a bow.. Fax played great and put in some great plays but our lads had that never die attitude which took them to a huge win.. Great day out but the weather aaarrrrrgggg

I travelled from Bristol to watch the underdogs take a deserved lead. Some woefull plays coughed up the ball under tremendous Leigh pressure. I though we had done enough to win but that is sport! Well done Leigh for taking all the chances on offer in the second half. Great match. Great atmosphere. Congratulations to the Northern rail Cup Holders and your fine suporters. Thank you for a brilliant game in really awful summer weather.

A pretty awesome Weekend. I really thought we were going to win it when we got 6 in front near the end but a great try to win it. Totally gutted especially watching your lot celebrate but we wernt going to let it ruin our weekend and soon were outside having a laugh and a joke with Leigh fans. Good banter with you all weekend as well and a good laugh with some of you who stayed over on Sunday along with a few from Haven and a couple from Barrow. Didnt see any trouble and both sets of fans were a credit to their towns/teams. We actually had a few from Fev in our hotel who booked their hotel when they drew us in the semi and they wernt bothering going to the game. When we called back to the hotel to get changed after the game all they could say was they would have won if they had played Leigh in the final, a couple of responses of for a start to win a final you have to get to the final and we would rather Leigh won than you anyway shut them up.

Would love the chance to gain revenge in the Grand Final later in the season, would be another good game and a good weekend i feel.

Must say that 'Fax fans were incredible. Great numbers, great noise and a magnificent response to what must have been a heart-breaking way to lose a game. Confirmed what we Leythers thought about you anyway - 'Fax supporters are true RL fans.

Wow can't believe all these great comments from such a wide range of rugby league fans. Still can't take in what the boys acheive yesterday. Never really thought that we would lose, even when 10-0 down at half time. The teams self belief is unbelievable, they have never given up all season long. That has now been rewarded with a Trophy and Medals.

What a fantastic game played between Two top class teams. What an atmosphere created by two sets of vocal and passionate fans, I'd like to thank the Halifax fans for the part in it. I for one have no voice(or very little croak),left today.

Unfortunately the seasons not over and now all the hard work really begins. 6 more league games before the fun of the play-offs. Not going to tempt fate and say what this great side will Achieve over the next three months or so. But i'm sure that they will go down in folk legends for many years.

I'd would also like to thank All the Coaching Staff & All the numerous people in the background whom keep things running on a day to day basis.

i murdered my voice box yesterday,great comeback.great sight on the way out yesterday,a halifax fan walking up the road looking totally gutted leigh fans went up to him and shoock his hand.it was that type of friendliness and sportsmanship that made me be proud to say im a rugby league fan.thank you halifax for a great game
