Thats correct frank and seeing as Liverpool had a fairly big nordic population eons ago this is where "Lapskaus" came from. Basically its just a cheap throw everything in stew used everywhere in the world, although it`s seldom seen in Widnes . They much prefer chemically infused foods enveloped in SMOG to enhance the taste.
