Re stuffing Leigh again is a pathetic statement, if we had the benefits given to your club by the RFL we would of had at least one Top class Aussie stand off in our team but unfortunately we like most of NL1 are allowed 1 oversea player not half a team like your goodselves.

3 quota players does not constitute half a team, and all clubs can have as many overseas players as they like if they are on the appropriate passports - it is your comment that shows a lack of knowledge about our club and the sport

Whilst there was some industrial language used at times and this is certainly something to be a little bit aware of in future, the Leigh crowd certainly announced their presence and as I said, where has such vocal support been all season.

I certainly took many of the chants to be in good humour and it shows that there is perhaps heightened sensitivity in newer areas of the game.

There is far worse said and done in the amateur game.

I think Gateshead now know what a crowd looks and sounds like. It must be like a morgue that place usually with knitting needles available on request.

You only have to watch RL and the round ball thingy game on tv and you will hear loads of swearing from the crowd when singing and there must be plenty of children there ,anyway i have walked past kids in the street and heard worse.

Gateshead have now seen fit to rlissue a statementrl after receiving complaints. Do these people live under a rock 6 days a week?
