Is anybody happy when we win a game that we should do (at home)
Judging by the 'internet' fans....NO !
We played quite good in patches today, Worky didn't deserve 22 points, but a win will do....long way to go yet !!!!!!!

I am happier when we win than when we lose.

I am not happy however with our defence because sometimes it is worse than poor.

With respect to Workington they are hardly a fast side but yet they scored 4 tries and previous home game Barrow 4 in the first 20 minutes. Sheffield 24 in the first half. It is just not good enough and you might notice I have not mentioned Fev away.

RL is an 80 minute game and despite our comebacks the stats speak for themselves.

We need a scrum half and quicker play the ball. We need concentration for the full 80 from our players. We need improvement but we seem to do the same for a full game ie lose concentration.

Five times today Brierley passed the ball to the wrong player when we were attacking. Do I blame him or the coaching staff ? Well am I just posting this just to be annoying ?

It is not good enough.

It needs sorting otherwise we will get tonked at Fax.

It looks easy when you are on the terraces Frank.

But its funny you dont mention, mcnally dissalowed try, gardner held up over the line (should of scored ) and tommy gouldens try which Brierley all created??? Thats the problem with this club at the moment, too much negativity. I would hate to think what you would be like if we had got beat by whitehaven or york....

Well I watch our side home and away. Win or lose. I praise them when they do well and say when they don't.

I rarely blame the ref but quite honestly we should be playing better than we have done all season. We are not' for whatever reason. I know it you know it the players know it and I am sure our coaching staff know it.

It is not being negative I want the lads to play to their potential.

Scoring 42 points would suggest there isn't too much of a problem with attack. If everything had come off today then we'd have had 70.

It is concerning that the defensive aspect seemed to disappear completely in the last 15 minutes, and Workington's first try was a particularly soft one to concede, but I'm sure it would be a lot more secure in a tighter, more intense game. Some of the defence on our own line in the first half was top drawer, as was Brierley forcing Spencer Miller in to touch after giving him a 10m head start.

I am not knocking Ryan who I rate highly but we scored 42 against a slow side. Yeh we could and should have scored more but we did not.

Our defence sometimes is wanting and it needs sorting.

Long way to go in season. if we manage to get to play offs and win one game that will be a good season. Better than the previous post SL years in this league.
The players make it pretty obvious they believe they have improvement in them let's allow them to prove it. I'd rather lose twice to sheff in league finish 5th and beat em once in the play offs than top the league as it doesn't mean much now adays.
