You only play as well as the opposition allowed and Fevs defence was top notch last night.Tiredness, one dimensional, no plan B are all good excuses but in reality Fev got in our faces and like we did at Fax did not allow the opposition 1 second on the ball.With a bit of luck and the bounce of the ball we could have scored a couple of tries when we kicked over the line,Fev got that luck with two of their kicks.

They deserved to win though and I think Leigh will be a better team as a result of several lessons learned last night.

2nd in the League is more than I expected and we do not become a bad team of what after all was a very close game.

Fev won we lost move on it happens its Rugby League, haven next lets look forward not back.

The Watcher is telling Snowy to read the stats, best points for & least points against. The Watcher will stick with coach Millwards way & will treat Snowys opinion with the contempt it deserves.

We looked a little a jaded and understanably so after 3 games in 11 days. They had a lot of time to prepare and did a very good job on us. We will play worse and win this season and I for one am not too worried about the loss. Millward is a top class coach and will spot where we went wrong/improve for next time and we aren't one dimensional. Our strenghth has been on our line speed and stiffling defence and that is going to be affected with so many games in such a short period of time, going all the way back to esater including two trips to France.

We will come back stronger starting at 'Haven on Sunday.

One of our best consistant players wont be playing Sunday I would imagine(Tommy Goulden) , will we have the duals?, so its deffo not going to be easy.

The Watcher knows, as anyone who has played sport at a serious level knows, that teams do have peaks & troughs in form throughout a season, The Watcher repeats again that he has faith in coach Millward to deliver a successful season. Lets hope that the people in charge at Leigh are not as lily livered & round shouldered as Snowy & that they do not start taking knee jerk reactions but that remain calm, cool & collected in their thoughts unlike Snowy & Scooter Nik.

We have become too predictable in attack, and weak on the flanks in defence. Championship sides have the skill levels to combat this. Obviously Hunslet didn't !

A top win against Keighley is needed, because if things stay as they are, I cannot see anything good happening from Julys fixtures !

Oh I dont know Snowy we have Widnes and that should be easy

Well we do have two players at the club who do have genuine pace and who are wingers. One gets a lot of flack cos he is not 6 foot tall but he rarely misses a tackle and has featured in the first team this season. The other is in the reserves and although his defence is not the best he does score tries from long distance.

Well do we go with the same or rely on a good pack and take a chance on pace outwide ?
