Couldn't agree more about the season timing. What happened to summer rugby? Why are we playing to abysmal crowds in early Feb? |

Which mistakes ? I noticed the new rule were Leigh kicked through on 1st tackle near the line but as nothing came of it he started play again with a Leigh ball and the other was a kick from way down field which again was taken back and started with a Leigh ball . |

Pace any player that can go 90mtrs at Fev and score like Johnny Pownall did at the end of last season ain't no slowcoach that's for sure.

There were about 4 players in the tackle when it was ripped out if you're thinking of Hunslet's disallowed try.

Thought Taylor had a great impact from the Bench. Finnigan was solid again and I think he will be a top signing. Re needing pace on the left, pownall is one of the quickest players in the league! Or do you mean right side?

I'm not totally au fait with the new rules myself and didn't understand when they scored it was disallowed only to be their ball from a foul play

I'm not totally au fait with the new rules myself and didn't understand when they scored it was disallowed only to be their ball from a foul play ![]()
Ball was ripped out before he tried to ground it, and enough players around him that suggests he may have been help up anyway.

All ridy had to do was take the tackle and play would have carried on instead of being taken back. If www drop it on Thursday haven will just kick downfield for calvert and Gardner to chase. Good odds on a try i'd say. If not then play just gets brought back

| Outstanding defence on show last Sunday , ok some people may say that Hunslets attacking was poor , and in some cases it was , but can't take anything away from our lads . Solid in both defence and attack , hope it continues to kickstart our season |
