It's not the lack of hoops that offends me. It's just a mess. I think a novel Red and White design would be a good thing for the image of the club.

I like it. I showed it to my 8 year son this morning and he said "its wicked!" and hes the age group that will be asking for one for christmas. Youll probably find the ones who are whinging about the design are too old to buy and wear one anyway. Also theres only so much you can do with red and white hoops so we cant have that every year.

Everyone I have spoken to does not like it and are all round about my age (25) who would buy one!
Hopefully it will be better in real life than the picture but can't see many ordering it! |

True Fred but people will only buy what they like and I dont like this , neither does Steve and hes said not to buy him one.
Personally a good idea would be to, choose 3 designs and let the fans vote on them next time maybe.

But if one of those three designs is hoops, there will be no point doing a poll. We could do another poll in a few years, Hilton Park, or Leigh Sports Village. The reaction from the young uns would be 'where's Hilton Park'. Times change, fans change and if we don't convert the young uns now then there will be no fans to change to. |
