I'm sure Leigh Centurions obtain this permission every time they show a photo with the crowd in the background!

Funny you should mention it as it's common practice in the Conditions of Entry for pretty much every stadium that by entering the stadium you are agreeing to your image potentially being used in photos and videos.

Not that it makes any difference to me; I think people are far too precious about their little darlings being photographed these days.

I understand people's view on here but we live in a world were thousands of weirdos and pure evil scum roam the internet for such photos..... It usually doesn't matter to most until their photos are obtained/used by such vile creatures...

Obviously, I asked permission of everyone whose photo appeared in the programme, before using it!

I never seen any evidence of that in the small print on my LSV admission tickets? I will consult my lawyers

There's a couple of kids playing outside my living room window. Do you think their parents should keep them indoors unless they are with them ?
