I will wait to watch LCTV before I make final judgement on young Mr Cobb but I was not that impressed on fist viewing. Having said that I think the decisions were evens in the end.

All the best teams in any sport manage to pick up scruffy wins. We did it again today and our boys have shown time and again that they don't lie down for anyone.
In recent weeks though we seem to be making life so hard for ourselves by poor completion rates and coughing the ball up in threatening parts of the pitch - thus encouraging the opposition. This results in the need for heroics in defence and inspiration plays to win the game.
Perhaps a more conservative approach is needed against Sheffield next week, without forcing passes in dangerous areas, especially if we are winning the game.
Let's make no mistake, this is a fantastic season and if the standard has dropped a touch in recent weeks then we must look forward to the team clicking into gear again as the business end of the season comes into view.

Thought we let Dewsbury dictate how the game was played today, seemed to be happy to let them come to us, let them dictate the speed of the game. It was having Kay sent off with the scores level that was the kick up the backside we needed to start playing like we can and seize the game. It was a very lucky escape, could easily have sleepwalked into our 1st league defeat today, need to be better against Sheffield and certainly better away at Doncaster.

I have to say I thought young Cobb had a very good game all in all. I can not remember seeing a better refereeing performances down at LSV all seaon if I am honest.

Good game by both sides. Thought the ref picked up on the right things but maybe think there where a few to many in succession from them without 1 in the bin. They played a good game. In the end we nearly beat ourselves

I hope he does, no games without refs- but a local lad learning his trade shouldn't be thrown into his own clubs fixtures too soon imo
