Why when Bradford Bulls were in the poop was there lot's of news & with Leigh there is none ?

I remember * as a conscientious observer at the time * there was over 100 pages just on Bulls administration yet we don't get a dime of insight into what could be potentially catastrophic for Leigh ?

I am not saying the Club should tell all or name names ( that would be suicidal business ) but maybe say talks are ongoing or some such !

I fear this could be the worst of the worst, just hope I am wrong !

I'm not sure whether it's better or worse to hear what's going on in this situation. With us we had plenty of stories about people not being paid before we went pop. When we did it was administration for ages with all kinds of potential new owners coming and going. It was awful. Absolutely awful.

The number of pages discussing the whole thing involved a lot of recrimination and repetition. Brace yourselves for that on here. If I could give any advice it would be to try to take a step back and just get behind the team on the field if that's possible.

I think you are referring to the time in the mid seventies when Brian Gomm from the Leigh Reporter was added to the subs bench for a league game at at Featherstone the day after Leigh had been beaten by the same team in a Challenge Cup semi final.

It's not about playing budget, league or Marquee signings.

And I'll be attending too - it's in the blood. However, in order to get people attending, they will need to tell them when/ if there is a club to attend, who we are playing and when/where the games will be. The current wall of silence does not bode well, for all that information to be in the public domain!

The hard core ST holders will probably still be there. BUT how does this debacle appeal to the new bloods who need to bring kids to the only local "big" sports club that the town has? Without new support then the numbers can only decrease.

why does it have to be so frustrating, painful,bewildering to be a Leigh fan. One minute attempting an immediate return to SL the next our playing staff is decimated and our club is fighting for survival ( well i hope it's fighting). Sorry but i'm really sick of it now.
