With the dry(ish) weather, the holidays, the winning team and feel good factor, even though Batley will only bring a mini bus (please prove me wrong) I predict a crowd of 2010. I know 2 who are coming with us who have not been this season.



As for the score, maybe our travels will take their toll but if we have the 4 fresh duel registered lads I will go for 40 - 14 to Leigh. Without, 32 - 20.

Batley will be tough (always are), but the last 15 should see us through.



Even I might make an appearance tonight, and we should all be very dissappointed if the attendance is not above 2200 !

Backing up after Fax & Toulouse, 3 games in a week, travel to the South of France, hint of over-confidence after some good recent results, at least 3 changes to a winning team, a tough and well organised Bulldogs side who will be up for it, in front of a bigger crowd due to recent performance/results ..... bound to be a Batley win!

Looking through this thread it seems most of the predictions were not far wrong hey



We don't need you to tell us that things can change, but if you had seen the steady progression that the people making these predictions had, you would understand why they were realistic (in the main) for this game.

Delighted to see my prediction didn't materialise .... although my guess at the attendance was the closest on this thread!

Made hard work of it, but it was all about the result tonight. Size of the crowd was a very pleasant surprise, was the busiest probably it's ever been around where I stand in the North Stand.

Your annual bath seems to have been worthwhile then.

It was a hard fought victory today and I thought we did very well considering we've had the toughest schedule over easter. Defence was ruthless again - long may it continue.

I was (pleasantly) surprised with tonight's score. I thought most of our lads looked as fresh as daisies and kept their cool whilst Batley were trying every dirty trick in the book.
