Immensely deserved, you were just brilliant today.

Having sobered up and slept i now wish to offer my congratulations to Leigh, despite the fact that i am obviously very disappointed by my team it shouldn't take away the fact that Leigh were very good and thorougly deserve to be at the top table, well done guys! hopefully see you next year!

A sincere thank you to Derek Beaumont - you turned the dream into reality. It has not only been the financial input but equally importantly your enthusiasm, management style and the key people you have appointed.

There can't have been a better place in rugby league to enjoy the game since Derek picked up the tab for the players unpaid wages several years back - it seems a long time ago now but what a fantastic journey it has been. A season ticket at the LSV is, without any doubt, the best value for money on offer anywhere, for any sport.

Yesterday was another super human effort from the players. There must have been some busted bodies after the feat at Hull KR, just last week. The last 20 minutes yesterday must have been very tough indeed - everyone was surely running on empty. I reckon most of the fans were simiarly exhausted by the time the final hooter sounded.

It is very hard to single anyone out but Riddy reigned supreme throughout - a performance out of the very top drawer in all aspects of his game.

A massive thank you is also due to the coaching staff, so well led by Neil Jukes. The way we exploited their right fringe early on was brilliant. The tactic to hit Huddersfield with everything early doors and then hang in there, worked to perfection.

On behalf of all Leigh fans - many thanks to everyone connected with the club for a fanatastic day yesterday to cap the wonderful journey that we have been experiencing for several years now.

Can I just say yesterday's performance has caused me a bit of a dilemma for now you guys are now in Super league, so when we Wakefield come next year to visit your ground where do I buy tickets to sit in the WAKEFIELD end with all my home team supporters or in the Leigh end where ill be forced to bag sit an.look.after a Glass of coke for 80 mins, no all joking apart thankyou to everyone yesterday for making us feel welcome and adopting us for the day your a cracking bunch of supporters and yesterday was a cracking display.of Rugby League by anyone's standards and I hope you stay up.next year just as long as it's not at our expense.

Yep, all we have is last years man of steal on loan and a future star in Sutcliffe at 1, Halfbacks with over 30 caps between them and another 7 reportedly coming, Segeyaro locked down at hooker, last years man of steel nominee at prop, a coach who has won 3 GFs and 2CCs, and the most successful CEO in SL history.
