Looking forward to this match. My hubby has just ordered himself a ticket and doesn
t normally watch rugby.

I am really looking forward to seeing the LSV with a close to / if not sell out capacity crowd in there.

The noise should be outstanding from the crowd, as the acoustics are great inside the stadium (even if the sound system is pants!!).

When I went to the Pie Dome last season for the England V Australia match, all I heard were the pie eyters chanting Wigan Wigan ... This should be a stadium where the watching public can only hear Chants Of Leythers and Leigh, and anything else to do with the club, with Leigh flags on show. Let's get the clubs prescence on TV and ram it at those 'Shoe ins' down the chemical road.

I see where you are coming from Dave, but i think a lot of people will disagree as they are going to watch England and will say it's got nowt to do with Leigh rl, i may be wrong though.

I went to Eng v Aus at W1gan and I never heard the chants....maybe some did but it certainly didn't carry very well. Heard a few at Elland Road singing some Leeds songs, didn't even get started properly really but my first thought was who cares about Leeds - its England we are supporting here!

Completely and utterly agree. In fact, I had an argument with someone sat behind me at an England game last season who was slating any player that didn't play for 'their' club.

So you feel that the clubs fans shouldn't try and advertise the club in any way shape or form then?
And too state, look this our ground, isn't it fantastic?

I understand what people are saying but after the event when people are saying the sound systems crap, getting there is crap (roadworks), the beers e, ran out of beer/food, no bog roll, etc etc who do you think will get the flack, the RFL, LSV, ECM, the Council or Leigh Centurions? I know where my money is.
