Where are they off? Both would be good signings for a team like Dewsbury and could help them push for top 4.

I'm not arguing. I am making a clear statement to whoever it concerns.
And that's me done now.

To be fair on what I've seen this year I'd have Beswick back.

He's been a natural leader all season, often playing 80 minutes, and constantly enthusing his team mates. He's stood in as a half back, and even prop, when the situation demanded it. Coincidentally, our play-off 'performances' also coincided with a significant decrease in the time Bob has spent on the pitch. I for one would much rather he was on our team, than playing against us!

I agree, Higham always looked busier from acting halfback but Beswick was always more likely to look to bring team mates into the game. He could also spot the killer pass as he did to put Higson in on Saturday. Letting him go would be a big mistake.

| Bob's business is taking off in Wigan. He'll either go part time next season (Swinton are sniffing) or retire. Shame, he's been a good un for us.

Shame indeed, seemed to carry the team at times this season.
Think a similar reason may see Barlow at Fax next season

| Will be sad too see both go especially Barlow! Beswick was immense at times but higham is a better option for me and Bob isn't gonna get the log minutes! Barlow is a real annoyance for me all the skill in the world but it's a job getting him on the bloody pitch I'll really miss him if he goes! What an exciting time be a Leigh fan though with all the speculation and being linked with top super league names!

You get excited by speculation then? Good on you, you've put your failure in the qualifiers behind you and now before your last match are already looking forward to the promise of 2016. You sound just like a Hull FC fan. Next season will be better as we are signing better players. Next year will be our year.

| Just out of interest....do "top" Super League players play for "top" clubs or do the players at the bottom feeder clubs also claim the title. Just asking like for when other clubs announce their signings. I presume the recent acquisition by Fax is a top player for instance.

Should we just dread next season, and claim to enjoy the football instead?

We need to stop being vocally happy about our team entertaining us and making efforts to get better. We should doff our caps and quieten down we're clearly upsetting some sensitive fans of other clubs.
On the plus side, our recent drop in form has delighted some more than if their own team won the world club challenge, so hi-ho silver lining n all that.

He could be, if he's ever able to get back on the pitch! Still a lot of uncertainty about that, if we are to believe what Tony Smith is saying about him.
